WAVE BREAK
Designed by Avid in collaboration with Jardine Design Space, Wave Break was created to capture the essence of Mediterranean living.
Soft tones and layered textures bring a sense of calm the moment you step inside. Travertine, microcement, and forecrete add warmth and depth, while skylights and soaring ceilings flood the home with light. The result is a space that feels open and expansive, yet warm, welcoming, and lived-in.

COPPERSTONE
Built in collaboration with Tom and Emma Lane of The Range Estates.
The property includes a Homestead, Games Room, Pool House, 25m lap pool, Tennis Court, and custom-built Stables. For three years, the Avid team poured their hearts into Copperstone. The estate includes the Homestead, Games Room, Pool House, 25m lap pool, Tennis Court, and Stables. The Avid Con team collaborated closely with the clients throughout the build, selecting materials and design elements that create a unique and luxurious aesthetic at Copperstone.
A custom exterior render, tinted with red and brown oxides, was developed to mirror the tones of the landscape. Inside, natural materials take centre stage, from New Guinea rosewood doors and windows stained in ebony, to Darwin stringybark floors and stone bathroom finishes. Venetian lime plaster in the bedrooms adds a refined, tactile warmth. Copperstone was recognised at the 2025 Master Builders Awards, taking home Best Build, Best Kitchen, and Best Bathroom.

SHARPE HOUSE
Sharpe House is a bold architectural statement designed in collaboration with Harley Graham Architects.
The home emerged with a striking mix of materiality and form. Key features include an off-form concrete wall, a suspended slab basement, rooftop deck, and a pool that anchors the outdoor Brand Briefing & Agreement
space. Microcement finishes sweep through the bathrooms and living zones, while Blackbutt timber cladding and screens introduce warmth and natural texture to the strong, sculptural silhouette.

COVE HOUSE
Cove House is an architecturally designed one-bedroom home featuring a TV room with a pull-down bed, an open-plan living and kitchen area that seamlessly flows into outdoor living and atrium spaces. The clients had a highly specific vision, requiring precision and attention to detail. The home maintains a seamless single-level layout throughout, with integrated joinery within bulkheads, a combination of tiled and floating oak floors, and a refined shadow-line skirting detail.
