THE VISION + THE SELECTIONS = THE SHORTCUT TO BRINGING

Explore our Concepts + Schemes

Designed to bridge the gap between inspiration and actual decision-making. We show you the overall direction, then break it down into the selections we would make across the exterior, kitchen, bathrooms and interior palette, right down to things like paint, flooring, tiles, joinery, hardware and appliances.

Each scheme also includes a downloadable schedule with even more options across different price points, so you can decide where to invest, where to save and how to achieve the overall look without losing the cohesion that makes it work.

Modern Coastal

Modern Coastal is less about decorating a home to look “coastal” and more about capturing the way we want a coastal home to feel, relaxed, light, natural and incredibly easy to live in. It’s breezy without being beachy, refined without feeling precious, and designed to handle bare feet, open doors and real life.

Modern Farmhouse

Modern Farmhouse is all about warmth, texture and materials that feel honest. Rather than anything overly polished or brand new, this style leans into finishes that get better with time. There’s a sense of restraint to the architecture, but plenty of character in the details, with pieces that feel collected, crafted and considered rather than perfectly matched. It’s relaxed and practical, but still refined, a home that feels like it has a story, even when it’s brand new.

Contemporary Heritage

Contemporary Heritage is about finding the balance between old and new, honouring the original character of a home while making it feel relevant to the way we live now. The palette tends to be timeless rather than trend-led, with classic materials like stone, timber, brushed metals and handmade tiles used in a quieter, more edited way. It’s not about recreating the past, and it’s definitely not about erasing it either. The magic is in the contrast, preserving the details that give the home its soul, while allowing the new elements to feel clean, functional and completely of their time.
