Collect images of your home
Bring floorplans including dimensions if you have them.
Collect relevant measurements. Think beyond just room measurements, measure things like how tall, wide and deep is the space on your bookshelf? How much space is between the top of your bedhead and the cornice? Knowing these dimensions will help you when making buying decisions, knowing the item you love will fit in the space you envisage it for.
Bring small samples of existing finishes in your home if relevant - paint chips, carpet samples etc.
