This Bondi semi was reimagined from the ground up—a full-scale renovation designed to honour its coastal setting while elevating everyday life for its creative owner. At The Designory, we approached this project with a clear vision: to create a home that could flex effortlessly between working hard and living well. From the sunlit front rooms through to the garden-wrapped rear, every space was tailored with intent. The kitchen became the engine room of the home—part professional test kitchen, part warm and welcoming gathering space. But the story doesn’t stop there. We reconfigured the layout to maximise flow and natural light, introduced layers of texture and tonal calm, and carved out distinct zones for focus, rest and entertaining.
