Our “Living in the Plan” review is a collaborative service run by Founder and Creative Director, Melissa Bonney, that reviews your building plans through the lens of overall property enhancement, liveability, and lifestyle. Whether you’re working with an architect, builder, or draftsperson, we help you spot missed opportunities, avoid costly mistakes, and ensure your home functions as beautifully as it looks — before construction begins. 

What’s Included:

1. Online Video Call
You’ll meet with Melissa for a personal briefing session to unpack your vision, lifestyle needs, and design priorities. This call is all about clarity — so we can understand what matters most to you.

2. Plan Review + Concept Development
We dive into your floor plans, inspiration, and project brief, exploring everything from spatial planning to material selections. Using our 20+ years of experience across 430+ homes, we identify areas for improvement, enhance functionality, and bring your style to life. 

3. Final Presentation
We reconnect via video to walk you through your “proofed” plans. You’ll receive a full a clear set of recommendations — ready to share with your builder, architect, or designer.

Upgrade option to discuss: You can also undertake a 3D walkthrough of your home so you can see how it feels to live there, not just how it looks on paper. Ask us and we’ll help you bring it to life!
