The Merryl Kitchen is designed around a generous central island with an integrated sink, creating a practical everyday workspace at the heart of the room.
Behind the main kitchen is a spacious two-sided scullery, which keeps many of the more functional elements tucked away. This includes the fridge, an appliance cupboard, a second sink and a dishwasher, giving you plenty of additional prep and clean-up space without cluttering the main kitchen. The fridge requires deeper cabinetry than standard kitchen cupboards, so rather than wasting that extra depth, the plan cleverly uses it to create a broom cupboard that opens into the adjoining room. This means the space beside the fridge becomes useful storage rather than dead space.
The kitchen elevations also show an integrated batten detail carried across both the wall and joinery panels, creating a strong architectural feature and helping the cabinetry feel like part of the overall design rather than simply added storage.
The existing plan measures: 546.7 × 255.4cm but don’t forget this is easily adjusted for your space using the CAD Drawing file.
