The Zoe Kitchen is designed to make clever use of a space that sits in front of an existing void or cavity. In this configuration, the void on the right-hand side accommodates a staircase, allowing the kitchen to work efficiently around the architecture rather than competing with it.
The L-shaped cabinetry includes a stacked double oven, generous cooktop, integrated fridge and a dedicated appliance cupboard, creating a compact but highly functional cooking and storage zone.
At the centre of the kitchen, the island houses the sink, dishwasher and generous drawer storage for everyday essentials such as cutlery, crockery and plates. Keeping these high-use items together makes preparation, serving and clean-up feel easy and intuitive.
It is a great example of how thoughtful planning can turn an unusual architectural condition into a practical, streamlined kitchen that makes the most of the space available.
The existing plan measures: 440 × 360cm but don’t forget this is easily adjusted for your space using the CAD Drawing file.
