Last week, we were lucky enough to step inside a new chapter of Byron luxury with the unveiling of The Bower Byron Bay’s brand-new reception, guest lounge, hotel bar, and four beautifully renovated upstairs suites.
Byron is known for its breezy, sunlit, coastal style—but The Bower has taken a bold new direction. The guest lounge and bar invite you to sink in and linger, while the suites upstairs strike a balance between indulgence and intimacy. This isn’t just a renovation—it’s a thoughtful layering of history, materiality, and atmosphere.

Furniture pieces by Alexis Williams anchor the rooms with sculptural elegance, while new works by Francesca Owen breathe life and narrative into the walls.
