What is Modern Coastal?
Modern Coastal is less about decorating a home to look “coastal” and more about capturing the way we want a coastal home to feel, relaxed, light, natural and incredibly easy to live in. Think warm whites rather than stark ones, natural timbers, soft stone, textured finishes and a restrained palette drawn from sand, sea, sky and the Australian landscape. The architecture and selections are clean and contemporary, but never cold; warmth comes through in tactile materials, subtle variation and pieces that feel collected rather than overly styled. It’s breezy without being beachy, refined without feeling precious, and designed to handle bare feet.

Decorate your home.
The decorating layer is where Modern Coastal really comes to life. Relaxed, tactile and collected rather than overly styled. Think natural fibres, warm timbers, soft upholstery, sculptural lighting and pieces that add texture and personality while keeping the overall palette calm and cohesive.
